DEPOSITS & CANCELATIONS

You must make a non-refundable deposit/down payment secure your spot permanently with all sessions. This is attached to the final cost and must be confirmed to complete booking. Deposits are final and non-refundable. If a shoot is cancelled, there will be no refunds!Deposits can roll over if you have rescheduled or plan to come back another time. Communicate cancelation of a photoshoot within at least 24 hours of the shoot. Failure to do so will result in you becoming a no-show. Details are below on the specifics of no-shows.

TIME, LATE FEES, RESCHEDULING, & NO SHOWS

It is always important to be on time! If you are 20+ minutes late to the location you will be charged $30. If you are an hour or longer tardy, I will be obligated to not shoot and there will be a $35 no-show fee. If I happen to fall short and end up being tardy myself, I will provide a discount or an option to reschedule with an added discount. If planning to reschedule, do so within at least 24 hours of the photoshoot with no penalty. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. Failure to communicate and show up within the time booked will be counted as a no-show. If you are considered a no-show, I require that 50% of the shoot to be paid for and if you fail to do so, you will be temporarily banned from booking with me for 1 year from the day of the expected photoshoot.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

I only accept payments via Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash. 

EDITING

Editing is a very timely process to try and get every photo to your liking. With that being said, I would ask for you to allow me at least 2 weeks to finish completely. This doesn't mean it will take me that long because the process time does vary, but I will be sure to update you frequently on how it is coming along. Also, I may ask questions about you personally to understand how you may like the photos. If you are not satisfied in the end, I'll adjust to assure you the kind of photos you want! I am not obligated to have photos done at a specific time of day as I am only responsible for meeting my deadline day.

I only allow to a maximum of 20 photos to be edited. Any additional photos will have to be paid for.

Rush edits are within 2-5 business days and only apply if paid for.

National Holidays do NOT count as a regular edit or rush edit day.

With film photography allow up to 3 weeks to be finished because the process is a bit tedious compared to digital photography.

FILE TRANSFERS

I do not send out RAW photos, however they can be requested at an additional cost. If paid for, the raw photos will be sent out within 1-4 days.

I will send the edited photos through WeTransfer, so your email will need to be provided to me. Edited photos will be transferred the same way and you will have exactly 1 week to download the files, so I'll make sure to notify you the minute I sent them. Traditionally, I like to create shared albums with Apple users because of how quick and easy it is to use.
